AISD delivered a comprehensive Training for Sustainable Supplier Readiness (TSSR) programme for suppliers within the Tullow Oil value chain as part of a strategic collaboration with Invest in Africa.

Acting as the lead training consultants, AISD designed and facilitated a practical, industry-focused curriculum aimed at strengthening suppliers’ capacity to meet modern environmental, social, and governance (ESG) expectations within the oil and gas sector.

The programme translated sustainability principles into operational business practices, equipping participating companies with tools for environmental and social risk management, sustainable procurement, governance, and performance reporting. Through interactive workshops and real-world case applications, suppliers gained the knowledge and systems required to improve compliance, enhance operational efficiency, and position themselves competitively within local and international supply chains.
